The Institute of Postgraduate Education of the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use, according to the decision of the Competition Commission of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (protocol of the meeting from August 13, 2025, No. 2), received a state order to provide services for the professional development of civil servants of categories B, C, and local government officials in 2025, for a total of 1,183 individuals, including 570 for general professional (certificate) programs and 613 for general short-term programs.
In accordance with the state order, the Institute of Postgraduate Education will provide professional development for civil servants and local government officials through eight programs approved by the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service, namely:
1. General Professional (Certification) Program for Advanced Training "Prevention of Corruption and Ensuring Integrity in Public Authorities and Local Self-Government: Financial and Legal Aspects" (60 hours, 2 ECTS credits).
2. General Professional (Certification) Training Program for Civil Servants Holding Positions in Category "B" (60 hours, 2 ECTS credits).
3. General professional (certificate) program for the professional development of civil servants holding positions in category "B": "Personal effectiveness in public service" (60 hours, 2 ECTS credits).
4. General short-term qualification improvement program "Preventing Corruption and Ensuring Integrity in Public Authorities and Local Government Bodies" (30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).
5. General short-term qualification improvement program for public servants and local government officials: "Communication and Interaction" (30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).
6. General Short-Term Qualification Improvement Program for Public Servants and Local Government Officials: "Perception of Change"
(30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).
7. General short-term qualification improvement program "Implementing Changes and Making Effective Decisions by Public Servants" (30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).
8. General Short-Term Qualification Program "Digital Literacy for Public Servants" (30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).
