One of the most popular courses offered by the Center for Informal Education is the course "Manager of Organizational Capacity for Cultural Institutions of Communities," with a duration of 150 hours..(5 creditsECTS).
The course is led by the head of the Department of Marketing, Doctor of Economics, Professor Maryana Vasylyvna Malchyk.
The course aims to form modern managers in the fields of culture, creative industries, and community initiatives. The program combines theoretical training with practical project work and focuses on developing management, communication, marketing, and creative competencies necessary for work in cultural institutions and public spaces.
The training covers issues of cultural management, organization of cultural events, branding and marketing of cultural products, digital transformation of the cultural sector, and project and team management.
