1. Scientific and project research work
Implementation of scientific and applied research in the field of architecture, urban planning, and cultural heritage conservation.

• historical-architectural, urban planning, and typological research;
• survey of buildings and analysis of the spatial structure of territories;
• research on cultural heritage objects and preparation of historical references, compiling accounting documentation for cultural heritage objects;

2. Development of conceptual architectural and urban planning solutions
Preparation of conceptual and sketch proposals for the development of architectural objects and urban spaces.

Main types of work:

•           development of concepts for public spaces and territories;
•           sketch projects for landscaping, small architectural forms, recreation areas;
•           concepts for the reconstruction, regeneration, or revitalization of blocks and individual objects;
•           variant architectural and urban planning solutions;
•          preparation of visualizations, presentation materials.
  
  

3. Expert and review activities
Expert services in the field of architecture, urban planning, and cultural heritage conservation.

Main types of work:

•           review of project and scientific documentation;
• preparation of conclusions on the compliance of projects with current standards, principles of sustainable development, and requirements for heritage protection;
• assessment of the impact of project decisions on the historical environment;
• participation in the work of competition juries, advisory and expert councils.
