According to the order of NUWGP No. 157 dated 06.06.2026 "On the conduct of the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the 2025-2026 academic year," the Olympiad in the subjects of "Ecology," "Environmental Safety," and "Forest Ecology and Typology" was held on 20.03.2026.
Students from 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th courses, majoring in the mentioned specialties, participated in the competition. Their task during the Olympiad involved solving test questions distributed across three levels of difficulty, aimed at a comprehensive assessment of the participants' knowledge and practical skills. The distribution of points for completing the test tasks allowed for a maximum possible score of 100 points.
All interested students participated in the Olympiad. Participants demonstrated a high level of professionally oriented theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
By the decision of the jury, the following students were identified as winners of the Olympiad:
In the subject of "Ecology":
Gorbatchevsky Svyatoslav Anatoliyovych (3rd year, group ECO-31) – 92.50 points;
Lesechuk Oleksii Valeriyovych (5th year, group ECO-51m) – 92.50 points;
Huntik Iryna Ivanivna (5th year, group ECO-51m) – 91.25 points;
Haivuk Yuriy Ivanovych (3rd year, group TZ-31) – 90 points.
In the subject of "Environmental Safety":
Novak Yevheniya Mykolayivna (3rd year, group ECO-31) – 70.00 points;
Huntik Iryna Ivanivna (5th year, group ECO-51m) – 67.50 points;
Parkhomei Valentyn Mykolaiovych (2nd year, group TZ-21) – 63.75 points.
From the discipline 'Forest Ecology and Typology':
Tarasyuk Bohdan Andriivych (5th year, group LG-51m) – 96.67 points;
Marchuk Ihor Anatoliiovych (5th year, group LG-51m) – 90.00 points;
Kolodych Veronyka Vasylivna (5th year, group TZ-51m) – 85.00 points;
Mazepa Oleksandr Mykolaiovych (5th year, group LG-51m) – 80.83 points.
