Participation of IV-year bachelor's students from the Department of Agrochimistry, Soil Science, and Agriculture named after S.T. Vozniuk in the II stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Professional Creative Competition "Soil Fertility Preservation"

On April 28, 2026, the defense of scientific papers took place within the framework of the II round of the II stage of the All-Ukrainian student professional creative competition 'Soil Fertility Conservation.'

Students of the IV year of the specialty 'Agronomy' participated in the competition —KYRYLCHUK AlinaandMATESHCHUK Svitlana, who are active participants of the scientific club 'Crop Production in the Context of Climate Change' (club leader Associate Professor Yashchenko L.A.). During the conference, the results of the scientific work on the topic«P'The potential of carbon sequestration through optimization of mineral nutrition of crops in crop rotation', demonstrated a high level of preparation of bachelors and the practical orientation of the research.

During the discussion of the research results, leading specialists in the field joined the scientific debate — Vasyl Dehtiarov, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor (State Biotechnological University), and Svitlana Korsun, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Researcher (BTU-Center). In their speeches, they noted the relevance of the presented work, its scientific novelty and practical significance, as well as provided recommendations for further research development.

According to the competition results, Kyrylchuk Alina and Mateshchuk Svitlana were awarded a diploma of the III degree.
