The regional stage of the All-Ukrainian gathering of student forestry clubs
On May 19, 2026, based on the Educational-Scientific Institute of Agroecology and Land Management of NUVHP, with the assistance of the Volyn Regional Organization 'Society of Foresters of Ukraine', the Polissya Forestry Office, the Department of Education and Science of the Rivne Regional State Administration, and the communal institution 'Center for National-Patriotic Education and Extracurricular Education' of the Rivne Regional Council, the I regional (selection) stage of the All-Ukrainian gathering of student forestry of general secondary and extracurricular education institutions was held.
As part of the event, an exhibition of the achievements of student forestry took place, where young foresters presented creative reports, photo reports on the ecological work carried out, research diaries on forestry, handmade visual aids (collections, herbariums, models), and products made from natural materials. Using multimedia presentations, the participants of the gathering spoke about scientific research and environmental protection activities, the introduction of innovative technologies for growing forest crops, and connections with local state forestry enterprises and research institutions.
The winner of the I regional (selection) stage of the All-Ukrainian gathering of student forestry of general secondary and extracurricular education institutions was recognized as the student forestry 'Dibrova' of the Vovkoviysky Lyceum of the Demydiv Settlement Council of the Rivne Region, who will have the opportunity to represent Rivne region in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk.
Young foresters were awarded valuable gifts from the Volyn Regional Organization 'Society of Foresters of Ukraine', the Polissya Forestry Office, and the trademark 'Rodina'.
