Together we shape the future of quality education and successful careers for our graduates - this was the slogan of the event "Career Day at the Institute of Agroecology and Land Management."
We held an extremely productive Career Day, which united students and employers interested in the development of young specialists in various specialties of our institute on October 7.
During the meeting, representatives of leading companies shared their vision of the modern labor market, talked about employment opportunities, internships, and professional growth.
The directions of cooperation between employers and the educational environment were discussed, as well as ways to update and develop educational programs in line with the needs of modern business and society.
As part of the event, a series of thematic round tables were held, during which modern challenges in training specialists in the specialties of 'Ecology', 'Environmental Protection Technologies', 'Agronomy', 'Geodesy and Land Management', 'Tourism', 'Aquatic Bioresources and Aquaculture', 'Hotel and Restaurant Management' were discussed. Participants emphasized the need to strengthen the practical component of training, implement innovative technologies, develop ecological awareness, skills in working with geo-information systems, adaptation to climate change, and global environmental challenges. The importance of internationalization of education, digitalization of the tourism and agricultural sectors, as well as the formation of flexible competencies that ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the modern labor market was also highlighted.
