Teaching Practice 2026: Summarizing the Results
The pedagogical practice of students has endedOP 'Digital Technologies of Distance Education'in the specialty 'Professional Education (Digital Technologies)' of the Institute of Information Technologies and Computer Engineering, which took place from January 19, 2026, to February 15, 2026. This year, the students underwent practice in two vocational and technical education institutions. In addition to the already traditional practice baseVPU No.1 of Rivne, opportunities for pedagogical practice were also provided bySarnensky Agrarian and Technological Professional College(VPU No.21, Rivne Oblast, Sarny).
Four weeks of practice flew by quickly, were meaningful, but also contained certain challenges, as for many students, these were their first steps in the role of teachers. During the practice, students got acquainted with the structure of educational institutions and the peculiarities of organizing the educational process, attended classes conducted by leading specialists. The interns felt the nuances of the present: there were classes during power and heating outages, and meetings continued even in shelters during air raid alerts, etc. The relevance of the educational program was felt even more strongly, as its focus was precisely on the use of distance learning tools in the educational process for vocational education students.
At VPU No.1, the interns were assigned to groups in the specialty 'Operator of Electronic Computing Machines' for subjects such as: Text Editors, PC Architecture, Informatics, Programming, Basics of Computer Graphics, Basics of Technical Editing, etc. At VPU No.21, the practice took place with a group in the specialty 'Office Management; Accountant for Registration of Accounting Data,' where the training was focused on the module 'Web Technologies.'
In preparing for lessons, the interns actively used skills acquired during their studies at NUVGP. They prepared teaching-methodological and video materials taking into account the specifics of the student contingent. They implemented interactive surveys and contests into their classes. After all, this is exactly what they learned in several subjects of the educational program.
The 'highlight' of the pedagogical practice is the completion of individual tasks, where students demonstrated their skills in developing materials necessary for the practice base, and also conducted not just lessons, but master classes in design! They prepared a number of classes on relevant topics outside the curriculum subjects. And even developed a script forSafer Internet Day! After the conductedSEOanalysis of the VPU No. 1 website, a number of useful recommendations for more effective promotion have been formulated.
Overall, the impressions of the pedagogical practice are positive. During the report defense of the practice, which took place on March 2, the participants enthusiastically shared their experiences of communicating with students, spoke about their first attempts at preparing and conducting classes. They analyzed their possible shortcomings and rejoiced in their successes.

Babenko Viktoria:I find it valuable to gain experience observing how the educational process is organized within a vocational education institution, as it allowed me to better understand the peculiarities of teachers' work and interaction with learners.
Serhiychuk Ella:I really enjoyed feeling like a teacher: organizing the lesson, explaining the material, and seeing that the students were attentively listening and participating in the learning.
Sosnytskyi Yevhen:It was pleasant to see the modern educational base of the institution, the modern equipment of the classrooms, and the open atmosphere among the teachers.
Zilitsky Vadim:Everything was great. It was a wonderful experience. I'm grateful to have completed my internship in such a nice and interesting place.
Panasyuk Mykhailo:The teaching practice at the Higher Vocational School No. 1 in Rivne was an important stage in my professional development as a future educator in the field of digital technologies. It confirmed my confidence that combining professional knowledge in design and digital technologies with pedagogical skills opens up vast opportunities for effective educational activity.
Ilyukova Sofia:I really liked that the practice supervisor was always nearby and explained how to better interact with the students, and after my lesson, she gave honest feedback on what went well and what needed improvement.
Opanasjuk Olga:During the internship, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the institution — it is evident that they truly care about the environment: the premises are tidy, the space is lively, and what is especially valuable is that they involve the students themselves in its improvement. I especially want to highlight the supervisor from the school, Ryab Lydmyla Stanislavivna — a person who was always in touch, coordinated, and helped resolve any issues that arose during the internship.
