Academic Council of the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use

The Academic Council of NUVHP is acollegial governing body of the universitywhich outlines the main directions of educational, scientific, and innovative activities.

In its activities, the Academic Council is guided byConstitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine, Decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraineand other regulatory legal acts, as well asUniversity Charter.

Term of authority:
The Academic Council is establishedfor a period of five yearsand its composition is approvedby the rector's orderwithin five working days after the completion of the previous term.

Work of the council:
The organizational form of activity ismeeting, which are heldat least once a month.

Structure:
Universities can also createScientific councils of educational and research institutes, the powers of which are defined by the Academic Council of the university. The university council may delegate some of its functions to these institutional councils.
