Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraineheld negotiations and received official confirmations from international partners —Clarivate and Elsevier— regarding the continuation of free access for Ukrainian institutions.
The National University of Water Management and Nature Management together with other Ukrainian higher education institutions and research organizations will continue to enjoy free access to international scientometric and full-text resources in 2026Web of ScienceandScopus.
Until the end of 2027, access to the platform has also been extendedResearch4Life,which offers over 200 thousand titles of books and journals from international publishers.
Research4Life R4L Full-text access for academic and professional resources for education, research, and policy making in all subject areas.
