A meeting of the labor collective was held at the Educational and Scientific Mechanical Institute, during which the key results of the institute's activities for the year 2025 were reviewed. The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Mykola Vitaliyovych Holotyuk.
The acting director, Professor Viktoriya Mykolaivna Nikonychuk, presented the final report on the institute's work for the reporting period. The report highlighted the main areas of activity, including the educational process, results of the admission campaign, accreditation of educational programs, development of the material and technical base, scientific and innovative activities, international cooperation, and the involvement of faculty and students in scientific projects, conferences, competitions, and academic mobility programs.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of modernization of classrooms, updating the laboratory base, expanding partnerships with employers, as well as activating research activities and participation in grant and contractual projects. It was noted that throughout the year the institute ensured a stable educational process and continued its development in accordance with the strategic objectives of the university.
As part of the agenda of the meeting, voting was also conducted for the updated composition of the Scientific Council of the Educational and Scientific Mechanical Institute. The decision was made in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
The meeting of the labor collective served as a platform for summarizing the year, discussing the achieved results, and determining the priority areas for the further development of the institute.
