Students of the Mechanical Institute of the NUVHP met with the management of "Volyn-Cement" branch of PJSC "VIPCEM".

On May 27, 2026, students from the Mechanical Institute of the National University of Water Management and Nature Use participated in a meeting with the management of Volyn-Cement. The event served as an important platform for communication between students and representatives of a modern industrial enterprise.

During the meeting, the company's representatives introduced students to the company's activities, details of production processes, modern technical equipment, and the prospects for the development of the cement industry. Special attention was given to the implementation of modern technologies, production automation, technical service of equipment, and the requirements for future engineering specialists.

Students had the opportunity to learn about the conditions for undergoing industrial practice, internships, and further employment at the enterprise. The director of the Volyn-Cement branch, Lobunko Ruslan Vasilyovych, emphasized the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills and highlighted the relevance of training engineers capable of working in the conditions of modern production.

The meeting also discussed the prospects for further cooperation between the NUWGP and the enterprise, particularly in the field of practical training for students, the implementation of joint scientific and technical projects, and the development of dual education.

Such events promote the professional orientation of students, the formation of practical competencies, and the strengthening of interaction between higher education institutions and representatives of the industrial sector of Ukraine.
