Special interest was attracted by ancient brewing equipment, archival materials, thematic collections, and historical facts related to the development of the industry in the territory of Volyn. The excursion also focused on developing students' soft skills. Participants improved their communication, teamwork abilities, critical thinking, and analysis of the received information, which are important components of modern professional training.
The excursion was not only educational but also had an educational character, as it allowed students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical familiarization with the technological and historical aspects of agricultural industrial production. Such events contribute to the broadening of the youth's worldview, the formation of professional interest, and the popularization of Ukraine's historical and cultural heritage.
