Teachers of the Department of Agroengineering at the National University of Water Management and Natural Resources Use participated in the 10th anniversary agricultural forum 'New Seed 2026', which took place in the village of Nastasiv, Ternopil region. The forum has traditionally become one of the largest platforms for meeting representatives of the agricultural business, the scientific community, manufacturers of agricultural machinery, plant protection products, seeds, and digital technologies. Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern achievements in the agricultural sector, innovative solutions in precision agriculture, automation of production processes, digital monitoring, and efficient resource use. During the event, NUWMP teachers visited demonstration sites of leading domestic and international companies, learned about new models of agricultural machinery, modern crop cultivation technologies, navigation systems, unmanned technologies, and software solutions for managing agricultural production. Special interest was raised by demonstrations of field trials of machinery and innovative technological solutions for increasing the productivity of agricultural production. Participation in the forum facilitated the establishment of professional contacts with representatives of business, research institutions, and educational establishments, as well as discussions on the prospects for the development of modern agroengineering education and the implementation of digital technologies in the educational process. The experience gained and new knowledge will be used in training future specialists under the educational programs of the Department of Agroengineering at NUWMP, as well as in conducting research aimed at the development of innovative technologies in Ukraine's agro-industrial complex.
