Participation in the Forbes Agro 2025 Forum
On September 26, the Forbes Agro 2025 forum took place in Kyiv, bringing together leading agricultural market operators, government representatives, scientists, the banking sector, and related industries. The central theme of the event was modern challenges, necessary transformations, and the integration of Ukraine's agricultural sector into the European Union.
The forum served as an important platform for discussing reforms, establishing partnerships, and exchanging practical insights. Participants emphasized the importance of strategic planning, investments in logistics, and maintaining a high business reputation.
In his speech, Deputy Minister of Economy Denys Bashlyk focused on Draft Law No. 13157 regarding export duties on oilseeds. He stressed the need to find a compromise between producers and processors, as well as the necessity of implementing over 2200 EU acts to adapt the agricultural sector.
The forum gathered over 300 participants, including staff from the National University of Water and Land Management – Director of the Educational and Scientific Mechanical Institute Mykola Holotyuk, Associate Professor of Agro-Engineering Andriy Shymko, and graduate students from the Department of Agrochemistry, Soil Science, and Agriculture named after S.T. Voznyuk, Khyaryna Maiborada and Maria Krayna.
Concluding the forum, participants called for consolidated actions to establish fair rules of play in both domestic and European markets.
Forbes Agro 2025 reaffirmed its role as a platform that defines the strategic development vector of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex in the European future.
