Transport Technologies in Action: Experience of AB InBev Efes Ukraine

On February 25, an online event took place with representatives from AB InBev Efes Ukraine – the Ukrainian division of one of the largest global brewing companies. Students specializing in 'Transport Technologies (in Road Transport)' joined the meeting.

During the event, the speaker – Daria Escribano, a recruitment specialist at AB InBev Efes Ukraine, presented the structure and areas of activity of the company. Particular attention was given to the practical aspects of professional activities in the field of transport and logistics, specifically modern approaches to organizing transportation and implementing innovative solutions.

Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with real cases from the company, learn about the requirements for young specialists, and current opportunities for professional development and career growth. Additionally, a practical workshop on creating resumes took place during the event, where the speaker detailed the structure of an effective CV, typical candidate mistakes, and ways to present one's experience and competencies favorably.

Students received useful tips on preparing for an interview and successfully passing it: how to answer recruiters' questions, how to demonstrate motivation and professional potential, and how to make a positive first impression on an employer.

The event was an important step in strengthening the university's cooperation with leading employers and contributed to deepening the practical training of future specialists in the transport sector.
