Students of the specialty "Transport Technologies" visited one of the leading textile enterprises in Rivne region – TOV "T-Styl" (TM Goldi Linen Factory).
As part of their internship, students of the 'Transport Technologies' specialization visited LLC 'T-Styl' (Linen Factory, Rivne) – one of the leading textile enterprises in the region and a producer of the well-known Ukrainian clothing brand Goldi.
The excursion took place accompanied by the internship supervisors – Svitlana Kozak, Deputy Director of the Educational and Scientific Mechanical Institute, and Ihor Khitrov, Acting Head of the Department of Transport Technologies and Technical Services. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize themselves with the specifics of organizing production processes, logistics, and internal transportation at a large industrial facility.
During the excursion, future specialists in the transport sector had the opportunity to see the full cycle of production – from raw material processing to the packaging of finished textile products. Students paid special attention to warehouse logistics, optimization of transport flows on the enterprise's territory, and the organization of loading and unloading operations.
Svitlana Svinciytska, Deputy Director for Human Resource Management, acquainted students with modern approaches to supply management, the specifics of cooperation with carriers, and the use of information systems for monitoring product movement. Students actively inquired about route planning, optimizing transportation costs, and ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of orders.
The excursion was a great opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, see real production processes, and better understand the role of transport technologies in the functioning of a modern enterprise. According to the participants, such events contribute to professional growth and help clarify future career paths.
