Introductory practice for students majoring in "Transport Technology (in Road Transport)" at SHEU.
On February 11, as part of an introductory practice, first-year students of the specialty "Transport Technologies (in Automotive)" Under the guidance of senior lecturers of the Department of Transport Technologies and Technical Service, Victoria Doroshchuk and Yevhen Sliipenko, visited the Communal Rivne Road Maintenance Administration for Motor Roads.
The chief mechanic of the management, Ihor Yuriyovych Kuzmych, talked about the activities of the road maintenance department, the procedure for servicing, repairing, and filling potholes in the road surface using hot or cold asphalt mixtures, the process of the mechanochemical method of snow removal, the operation of road repair equipment, as well as taking into account the experience of Western European companies and implementing the latest technologies at the enterprise. Higher education students familiarized themselves with the operation of vehicles during maintenance.
