Introductory practice for first-year students of the specialty "Transport Technologies (in Road Transport)" with the organization of international freight transportation at LLC "K-T-S."

As part of the introductory practice on February 12, first-year students of the "Transport Technologies (automotive)" specialty...  An excursion was conducted at LLC "K-T-S" to familiarize participants with the responsibilities of logisticians in the field of international road freight transportation, including hazardous materials.

On the features of the functioning of logistics departments, dispatch services, the duties of a logistics specialist and dispatcher, the organization of the transportation and technological process of cargo transportation in international connections, contractual relationships, and the list of necessary transportation documentation.  During the organization of freight transportation and border crossing, the head of the logistics department for the southern direction, Serhiy Volodymyrovych Khomyak, provided insights. Students received comprehensive answers to questions regarding international cargo transportation, routing of shipments, and the procedure for obtaining permits to cross foreign state borders.
