Safety above all! For future logistics and transport professionals, a practical class on mine safety was conducted as part of an introductory internship.

First-year students majoring in 'Transport Technologies (in road transport)' underwent a training on mine safety as part of their introductory practice on February 9, 2026. During the event, future specialists were introduced to the classification of explosive devices and the actions to take in case of their discovery.

Transport students learned how to act upon discovering explosives and minimize risks during a specialized training, and had the opportunity to try on the gear of State Emergency Service workers. Representatives of the State Emergency Service and the Red Cross taught them how to recognize threats and effectively respond to dangerous finds.

The formation of a safety culture is a priority in the training of modern specialists. The introductory practice on mine safety became a platform for acquiring life-saving skills that help prevent tragedies. In today's conditions, such knowledge is critically important for preserving life and fostering a responsible attitude towards personal safety, as well as preventing accidents among youth.
