The Department of Therapy and Rehabilitation pays significant attention to close collaboration with employers and partners in the healthcare, rehabilitation, and social support sectors. This interaction aims to ensure a practice-oriented approach in the training of higher education seekers, improve the content of educational components, and shape professional competencies according to the current labor market needs. Representatives of employers are actively involved in discussing and enhancing the content of educational components for professional training, as well as in forming the content of educational and clinical practice programs.

In order to ensure constant dialogue with the professional community, the department organizes consultations, training sessions, seminars, and round tables with leading specialists in the fields of physical therapy and occupational therapy. During such events, modern approaches to organizing the rehabilitation process, the implementation of innovative physical therapy techniques, the current needs of medical and rehabilitation institutions, and ways to enhance the professional training of future specialists are discussed. Employer participation in these events contributes to the updating of educational programs' content according to modern practical activity requirements and brings the educational process closer to real professional working conditions.

The department actively collaborates with leading medical, rehabilitation, and educational institutions in the region, which serve as partners and practical training bases for seekers. Specialists from these institutions participate in conducting guest lectures, master classes, practical classes, training sessions, and professional discussions, allowing seekers to familiarize themselves with modern technologies in physical therapy and rehabilitation, the peculiarities of working with various categories of patients, and the organization of the rehabilitation process in real clinical conditions. This collaboration fosters the formation of practical skills, the development of professional thinking, and the enhancement of their readiness for future professional activities.

An important element of interaction with employers is their participation in the development and improvement of practical training programs for seekers. Supervisors from practice bases, a significant portion of whom are graduates of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Health Care, are actively involved in this process. Their practical experience and knowledge of contemporary requirements for the professional activities of physical therapists and occupational therapists help ensure that practice programs meet the real needs of the industry.
