The Department of Human Resources and Entrepreneurship is actively working to strengthen the practical component of the educational process and integrate advanced global standards. We take pride in our cooperation with leading international organizations and innovative IT companies, which opens unique opportunities for professional development for our students.

In May 2024, our university achieved a significant success by becoming the first and only institution in Ukraine to join the academic program of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

We understand that the future of professionals in the field of economics and business analytics is inextricably linked to the ability to work with big data and modern analytical systems.

At the initiative of the guarantor of the educational program 'Business Analytics,' a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the IT company YouControl. YouControl is a leading Ukrainian analytical system specializing in compliance, market research, business intelligence, and investigations.

Results of the cooperation:

- university students received full access to the database of the online YouControl system.

- this opens opportunities for conducting deep research, data analysis, and developing professional skills using innovative tools.

In September 2025, at the initiative of the Department of Human Resources and Entrepreneurship, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with LLC 'WEB DREAM TECHNOLOGIES.' This partnership provided bachelor’s and master’s level students in the specialty 'Economics' with a unique opportunity to use the big data platform VKURSI in their educational process.

The platform is widely used in the field of financial analytics, compliance control, management, and marketing research, allowing students to acquire skills closely aligned with real job market requirements.
