Educational activities

The Department of Labor Resources and Entrepreneurship carries out educational activities aimed at training competitive specialists in the fields of economics, labor market, human resource management, business analytics, and modern employment technologies. The educational process combines fundamental economic training with applied analytical, managerial, and digital competencies that meet the current needs of national and international labor markets.

The department is a graduation unit for higher education seekers in the following specialties and educational programs:

Specialty 051 "Economics" (bachelor's level)

· "Human Resource Management and Labor Economics"

· "Business Analytics"

Within these programs, students learn labor economics, human resource management, motivation, basics of entrepreneurship, economic analysis, and digital tools for data processing and analysis, which form a systemic understanding of modern business processes.

Specialty C1.01 "Economics"

(bachelor's and master's levels)

· "Economics and Data Analytics"

· "Economics and Employment Technologies"

Educational programs aim to prepare specialists capable of working with large arrays of economic and socio-labor information, analyzing markets, forecasting employment trends, and developing and implementing effective solutions in the fields of economic policy, employment management, and socio-labor relations.

The training process is supported by a highly qualified faculty using:

· practice-oriented tasks, case studies, and project-based learning;

· interdisciplinary approach and integration of learning with scientific research.
