By order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 11.06.20 No. 787, Rivnensky Auto Transport College of NUVGP was renamed tothe Separate Structural Unit "Rivnensky Auto Transport Vocational College of the National University of Water Management and Natural Resources Use".

Rivnensky Auto Transport Vocational College is the main supplier of professional personnel for transport and auto repair enterprises of various forms of ownership, patrol police, enterprises engaged in international transportation, as well as enterprises and organizations of the agribusiness complex of Rivne and neighboring Volyn, Khmelnytsky, and Ternopil regions.

Over the years of the college's existence, more than 16 thousand specialists in the field of automotive transport have been trained.

The educational process at the institution is carried out taking into account modern requirements for the use of new educational technologies and is aimed at training a professional junior bachelor in the chosen specialty with relevant educational and professional programs: specialty274 "Automobile Transport" (Maintenance and repair of vehicles and engines; Repair of electrical equipment and computer diagnostics of vehicles), specialty275 "Transport Technologies" (Organization of transportation and management in automotive transport; Organization of international transportation by road; Organization and regulation of road traffic; Information technologies in road transportation).

The material and technical base of the college meets the established normative requirements and ensures effective educational activities. Classes are held in the educational and laboratory building, social and household building, educational and production workshops, a driving range for practical driving, and 17 training vehicles. There are a total of 30 classrooms, 11 laboratories, 2 educational and production workshops, 4 computer classrooms, a library, a dining hall, an assembly hall, a medical center, a gym, a sports ground, and a weightlifting hall. The college also has two student dormitories.

The college employs 70 full-time educators, including 6 Candidates of Sciences, 42 with higher qualification categories, 10 educators with the I category, 4 educators with the II category, 2 educators with the 'specialist' category, 5 educators with the 11th tariff grade, 4 educators with the title of methodologist, and 6 masters of industrial training.
