SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT

Furnace for high-temperature synthesis of semiconductor compounds.

Installation for conducting DTA analysis.

SCIENTIFIC DIRECTIONS:

· development of synthesis methods for new low-dimensional semiconductor materials and research of their structural, morphological, and optical properties;

· high-temperature synthesis of chalcogenide and halide alloys; construction of phase state diagrams.

MAIN AREAS OF ACTIVITY:

· conducting scientific research with publication of results in scientific journals;

· search and development of synthesis methods for semiconductor materials, establishing optimal technological parameters of synthesis;

· collaborative scientific research with colleagues from other universities and scientific institutes of the NAS of Ukraine.

· search for new ternary, quaternary compounds and solid solutions based on them.
