The Educational and Scientific Mechanical Institute has openeda laboratory for the automation of transport and logistics processes– another important step towards digital transformation and sustainable mobility.
The new laboratory was created in collaboration with the international projectErasmus+ ISDEGO, which is aimed at developing innovative educational practices and academic mobility for students. As a result, students will have access to modern technologies for managing transportation, digital platforms, and tools for modeling logistics processes.
The laboratory will serve as a platform for:
researching the efficiency of automated systems in the transport sector;
modeling multimodal transportation and optimizing routes;
developing innovative solutions for sustainable mobility;
integrating the results of international educational programs into the learning process.
“Collaboration with ISDEGO allows us to not only modernize the educational environment but also to integrate Ukrainian students into the European academic space,” – noted the institute's leadership.
The opening of the laboratory is an important step in implementing the institute's strategy to combine science, education, and business, as well as in preparing specialists capable of working in the conditions of a digital economy and global challenges.
