Working meeting of project partners ISDEGO in Wismar (Germany)
NUWGP lecturers completed the second stage of international academic mobility within the Erasmus+ ISDEGO project Rivne, Ukraine — November 21, 2025
Lecturers of the National University of Water Management and Nature Management successfully completed the second stage of international internship within the ISDEGO project (Implementation of Sustainable urban DevElopment Goals in transport bachelor degree), which is implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ program and funded by the European Union.
From November 17 to 21, 2025, NUWGP lecturers — associate professors Lyudmyla Pylypaka, Svitlana Kozak, and Svitlana Bilichuk — underwent intensive training at Hochschule Wismar (Germany). The program aimed at developing professional competencies in the field of microcrediting.
The last week of the internship was the most intense and exciting for the lecturers of the Department of Transport Technologies and Technical Service at NUWGP, providing the opportunity to learn from colleagues in Germany in the field of microcrediting. They also had the chance to communicate with the mayor of Wismar, Thomas Beyer, and to experience the real sea thanks to the Marine Modelling Center — the only one in the world that offers the possibility of combining the modeling of maritime and technical vessels with coastal support of the VTS system. Participants received modern teaching methodologies, practical skills in working with digital tools, and new approaches to integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDG11) into the educational process. This knowledge will serve as a foundation for updating the educational programs of NUWGP and creating new educational and research laboratories in the field of transport and urban studies.
NUWGP continues to actively develop academic mobility, strengthening partnerships with European universities and implementing innovations in Ukrainian education.
