MEETING WITH EMPLOYERS
May 15, 2024 Meeting with Employers
Professor Natalia Nesterchuk successfully presented to potential employers, showcasing the educational opportunities of the Institute of Health Sciences.
During the meeting, the professor emphasized the importance of close collaboration with employers, which allows for the improvement of educational program content, ensures its relevance, and facilitates successful employment for graduates.
The discussion thoroughly addressed all proposals and remarks from employers regarding the enhancement of educational and professional programs and the organization of the learning process. In particular, participants emphasized the need to strengthen practical training for students, implement modern clinical cases, and update the content of certain educational components according to real industry demands.
The possibilities of involving practicing professionals in the educational process, conducting joint training sessions, workshops, and guest lectures were discussed separately. All expressed proposals will be taken into account during the enhancement of educational and professional programs.
The meeting was held in a constructive and professional atmosphere and became an important step in strengthening the interaction between the higher education institution and employers, opening new perspectives for the development of partnerships, internships, and further employment of students.
