PARTICIPATION OF PROFESSOR NATALIYA NESTERCHUK AS A OPPONENT AT THE PUBLIC DEFENSE OF A DISSERTATION AT THE CARPATHIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY
On March 25, 2026, at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University (Ivano-Frankivsk), the dissertation defense of Hohol Roman Vasylovych for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 227 'Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy' took place. The research was supervised by Olga Mykhailivna Petryk, a Candidate of Sciences in Physical Education and Sports, Associate Professor, which ensured a proper level of scientific substantiation of the work.
The official opponent was Natalia Nesterchuk, Doctor of Sciences in Physical Education and Sports, Professor, Head of the Department of Therapy and Rehabilitation.
The dissertation topic: 'Physical Therapy for Individuals with Pain Dysfunction of the Temporomandibular Joint' is relevant in light of the increasing prevalence of functional disorders of the temporomandibular joint and the need to implement effective rehabilitation approaches.
The defense was held at a high scientific level with the participation of leading specialists in the field. Based on the results of the public defense, the specialized academic council made a decision to award Hohol Roman Vasylovych the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
