On March 18, 2026, a practical training on the topic of 'Emotional Burnout' took place at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Health Care.
The speaker of the event was practical psychologist Inna Misko from NUWGP, who helped participants understand the mechanisms of stress emergence and methods for overcoming it. The training program was built on a combination of theoretical analysis and intensive practical work. The speaker focused in detail on the stages of burnout formation, explaining how to recognize the body's 'red flags' in time: constant fatigue, irritability, reduced productivity, and emotional detachment.
During the discussion, the psychologist emphasized that emotional burnout is not a sign of weakness, but a signal from the body about the need for a break and a reassessment of priorities. Participants received effective 'first aid' techniques for stress and learned to distinguish between ordinary fatigue and symptoms of professional burnout.
The training left not only useful knowledge but also a sense of support and understanding that taking care of oneself is the first step towards successfully helping others.
We express our sincere gratitude to Inna Misko for the incredibly useful intensive course and professional mental health support!
