Within the framework of this practical-oriented seminar, participants of the scientific club Rehab-Skills: examine, compose, implement became acquainted with the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of using Redcord suspension therapy in physical therapy.
At the initial stage, participants of the scientific club Rehab-Skills: examine, compose, implement reviewed the principles of neuromuscular activation, the features of working with deep stabilizing muscles, and the role of suspension systems in restoring functional movements. Special attention was given by the participants of the scientific club Rehab-Skills: examine, compose, implement to the indications and contraindications for the application of the technique, as well as its place in a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
The practical part of the seminar allowed participants of the scientific club Rehab-Skills: examine, compose, implement to practice basic exercises in the Redcord suspension system, learn to adjust the load level according to the functional status of the patient, and modify exercises depending on the clinical situation.
During the execution of exercises, participants of the scientific club Rehab-Skills: examine, compose, implement analyzed mistakes that may arise during the work and discussed ways to correct them. The participants of the scientific club Rehab-Skills: examine, compose, implement also emphasized the importance of controlling movement quality, gradually complicating exercises, and the safe application of suspension therapy in the practice of future specialists.
