On February 9, at the Institute of Health Care, psychologist and senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Education Iryna Olehivna Skibinska conducted a training session for students dedicated to modern methods of combating stress. During the event, students learned self-regulation techniques, combining psychological exercises with art therapy. The session began with the activation of positive memories, which participants expressed through drawings, transforming emotional tension into a creative resource. The dynamic part of the training focused on physical activity as an effective tool for energy recovery. The meeting concluded with a cozy tea ceremony, during which participants discussed the importance of daily rituals as a foundation for mental stability. This comprehensive approach allowed students not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to practice skills for maintaining psychological health in today's conditions.
