NUWGP – CITY SWIMMING CHAMPION: CONTRIBUTION OF NNIOS STUDENTS
On April 22, 2026, after a two-year break, the city championship in swimming took place in Rivne. The competition was held at the base of the DUSSH 3 pool, with 10 teams participating.
In fierce competition, the NUVHP team took first place among all participants in the competition. The team members included: Zhivotko Yuriy (MS), student of the NNIKIT, Shyrykova Maria (MS), student of the NNIOZ, Dvorak Veronika (MS), student of the NNIOZ, Markopolskaya Aleksandra (MS), student of the NNIOZ, Hryhorieva Daria (MS), student of the NNIOZ, Shevchenko Danyil (first category), student of the NNIEM, Maksymchuk Sofia (first category), student of the NNIEM.
Our students became champions and prize winners in various swimming styles. Zhivotko Yuriy took two first places in the 50-meter backstroke and the 50-meter freestyle. Dvorak Veronika was third in the 50-meter breaststroke. Shyrykova Maria won gold in the 50-meter breaststroke and was second in the 50-meter butterfly. Markopolskaya Aleksandra placed first in the 50-meter butterfly and was second in the 50-meter breaststroke. Maksymchuk Sofia was third in the 50-meter freestyle.
