Classes of the Leadership School under the professional development program "European Standards of Sustainable Development"

Over nearly two and a half months, from January 22 to March 31, 2026, online classes of the Leadership School were held at NUVHP as part of the professional development program 'European Standards for Sustainable Development.' This intensive course brought together about 140 participants aimed at transforming modern education and forming a new educational paradigm where sustainable development is the foundation for training specialists capable of responding to future challenges.

The high level of training was ensured by a strong teaching staff, among whom is Svetlana Zubilevich, a professor in the Department of Accounting and Auditing, who provided a thorough analysis of the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), particularly the voluntary reporting standard for small and medium-sized enterprises (VSME). She demonstrated the direct connection of these standards with the competencies that graduates of NUVHP must acquire.

Participants learned not only to analyze educational programs for compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), but also to apply modern technologies, including the capabilities of artificial intelligence and prompting, to update the content of academic disciplines.

By reviewing educational programs and their components through the lens of sustainable development, the university will gain a strategic advantage in the educational services market.

The integration of the twin transition approach (digital and green transitions) will enable the university not only to meet current European requirements but also to create a creative, high-tech environment where teachers and students work together to address global challenges.
