On March 26, Professor of Accounting and Auditing at NUVHP Osadcha Olha Oleksiivna conducted an open lecture on the subject 'Tax Planning' for master's students majoring in 'Accounting and Taxation.'
The topic of the session was 'Tax Planning of Value Added Tax' — one of the most practically significant issues in the training of specialists in the accounting field.
During the lecture, VAT was viewed not as a formal obligation of the taxpayer, but as a full-fledged tool for financial management of the enterprise. Students became familiar with the mechanisms of forming tax credits and tax liabilities, explored how managerial decisions impact business liquidity, and discussed where the line is drawn between legal optimization and tax risks.
The open lecture contributed to deepening the practical knowledge of students and fostering an analytical approach to taxation issues in their future professional activities.
