Scientists from Rivne and Lutsk are working together!
On April 23, 2026, an important event took place involving experience exchange, lectures, a business game, and discussions on the educational programs 'Management' and 'Logistics' based at the Department of Management and Public Administration of NUVHP.
We welcomed scholars from Lesia Ukrainka Volyn National University: Larysa Yushchishyna (PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Management), who conducted a socio-psychological training on emotional intelligence development with second-year students on the topic 'Emotional Intelligence: The Path to Success'; Iryna Volynets (PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Management) shared best practices for making management decisions in conflict situations; Natalia Khomyuk (Doctor of Economics, Head of the Department of Management) provided an interesting discussion on 'National Business Cultures in International Management.'.
The collaboration took place once again in a business-like and cozy atmosphere. The meeting was organized by the faculty of the Department of Management and Public Administration: Professor Krypchak P.M., Associate Professor Suduk O.Y., and the guarantor of the Management Program – Shcherbakova A.S.
A further meeting is scheduled in the city of Lutsk to present NUVHP's experience at the friendly department, discuss scientific projects, and hold open lectures.
