Interuniversity Round Table: Strategic Development of Educational Programs in the Field of Public Administration
On March 26, 2026, a significant event took place for the Department of Management and Public Administration – an interuniversity round table dedicated to the development and improvement of educational programs in the specialty "Public Administration and Management" at all levels of training.
Today's challenges require a new generation of managers to be flexible, digitally literate, and strategic thinkers. That is why we have joined forces with leading higher education institutions in Ukraine to share experiences and develop joint solutions. Colleagues and experts from the following participated in the discussion:
· National University of Water Management and Nature Management;
· State University "Zhytomyr Polytechnic";
· West Ukrainian National University.
During the meeting, current issues concerning the content of educational programs, their compliance with modern labor market requirements and higher education standards, as well as opportunities for improving educational components, were discussed. Particular attention was paid to:
· aligning with European practices of public administration;
· integrating theoretical training with practical skills;
· developing interuniversity cooperation.
Participants shared experiences in implementing educational programs and discussed the introduction of innovative approaches to the training of higher education seekers.
As a result of the round table, agreements were reached regarding further cooperation: exchanging educational and methodological materials and involving scientific and pedagogical staff in joint educational and scientific initiatives.
The Department of Management and Public Administration expresses gratitude to all partners for the meaningful dialogue and valuable recommendations. Together, we are making education in the field of public administration higher quality and our graduates more competitive.
