Guest lecture for students!
On April 22, a guest lecture on the topic 'Optimizing Inventory Based on Lean Principles' took place in auditorium 241.
The speaker of the event was our alumnus — Ivan Lyashchuk, a financial analyst at AutoStart. In addition to professional cases and practical experience in implementing lean approaches, he shared his own educational trajectory with the students: talked about his studies, the choice of further path, and admission to graduate school.
During the meeting, students learned:
- how to optimize inventory and improve management efficiency
- which lean tools really work in business
- how to prepare for graduate school admission and choose a development direction
The meeting was held in a live dialogue format — students actively asked questions and received sincere and practical answers.
