As part of the training practice on organizing a digital workplace for first-year students of the specialty"Accounting and Taxation"National University of Water Management and Nature Resourcesthe second off-site practical class took placebased at the branch of the Department of Accounting and Auditing -the 'Shturman' group of companies.

The theme of the class wasthe use of modern IT technologies in the field of accounting, which is a key element in preparing specialists of the new generation in the context of economic digitalization.

During the class, students got acquainted with modernIT solutions for organizing a digital workplace for accountants, in particular:

• electronic document management systems and their role in optimizing accounting processes;
• electronic trust servicesas the foundation for secure interaction between business entities and government bodies;
• practical use ofqualified electronic signaturein the daily professional activities of an accountant;
• digital services and software products that ensure the automation of accounting, reporting, and information exchange;
• integration of accounting programs with state electronic services.

Particular attention was paid to issues ofinformation security, data preservation, and the accountant's responsibility when working with electronic documents and digital services.

The speaker of the session wasVira Mykolaivna Rozumnyuk, a specialist in IT technologies, a graduate of NUWGP, who shared practical experience in implementing digital solutions in real professional activities. Her presentation became an example for students of a successful combination of economic education and IT competencies that are in demand in the modern labor market.

Students noted the high level of practical orientation of the class, the relevance of the issues discussed, and the opportunity for direct acquaintance with real digital tools used in the work of an accountant.
