Meeting of the labor collective of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Management of NUWGP

On December 30, a meeting of the labor collective of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics and Management of the National University of Water Management and Nature Use took place.It was held in a remote format.

At the beginning of the meeting, the participants honored with a moment of silence the memory of colleagues lost by the Institute during 2025, as well as the fallen defenders of Ukraine, paying tribute to their life path, professional contribution, and sacrifice for the freedom and independence of the state.

During the meeting, key issues on the agenda were discussed, which concerned summarizing the activities of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics and Management for 2025, compliance with regulatory requirements in educational and managerial activities, as well as resolving personnel and organizational issues.

All agenda items were unanimously approved, which testifies to the agreed position of the meeting participants and a high level of mutual understanding within the team.

During the discussion of the first item, the scientific and pedagogical staff, representatives of the support personnel, and students highly appreciated the work of the Institute’s directorate in 2025, noting systemic development, effective coordination of activities, and consistent implementation of the defined strategic objectives.

Within the second agenda item, Fedir Dmytrovych Shvets, the head of the Independent Assessment Center, was heard, who informed the attendees about compliance with the provisions of the University’s regulatory documents and outlined the main aspects of ensuring the quality of the educational process.

Regarding the third agenda item, the candidacy of acting head of the Department of Enterprise Economics and International Business, O. M. Harnaha, was nominated for the Academic Council of the National University of Water Management and Nature Use.

During the discussion of the fourth item, the meeting approved the candidates for delegates to the University labor collective conference within the established quota for the Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics and Management.

The meeting became an important summary of the team's work in 2025 and demonstrated cohesion, openness, and shared responsibility for the further development of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics and Management.
