In today's world, a specialist's success depends not only on theoretical knowledge but also on the ability to apply it in practical situations, communicate, work in a team, and make effective decisions. That’s why the seminar program is aimed at the harmonious development of students' technical (hard) and flexible (soft) skills.
🔹 Hard Skills– these are specific knowledge and professional competencies that can be measured or verified. For a financier, this includes the ability to analyze financial statements, use MS.Word, MS. Excel or specialized software, calculate performance indicators, know tax legislation, etc.
Without them, it is impossible to perform professional tasks with quality and responsibility.
