Personal scholarships from SE "NAEK Energoatom" for students of higher education institutions training specialists for the nuclear energy sector.

 

Personal scholarships of the SE "NAEK "Energoatom" are awarded to promote the profession of atomic specialists, enhance the prestige of education in the field of nuclear energy, and attract talented young people to work in the nuclear industry.

The scholarship is awarded to students of higher education institutions in full-time study, with whom tripartite agreements have been concluded for education that provide the right to employment at the separate subdivisions of the State Enterprise "NAEK "Energoatom" and the Company's management.

Students starting from the second year are eligible for a scholarship if they have an academic performance score of no less than 82 and have distinguished themselves in academic and research activities.

Candidates for the personal scholarship from State Enterprise "NAEK Energoatom" are nominated by the Academic Council of NUVHP.

The appointment of the scholarship is made twice a year based on the results of the examination session within a month after its completion and is awarded for the period:

from January 1 to June 30 of the current year - based on the results of the winter examination session;

from July 1 to December 31 of the current year - based on the results of the summer examination session.

For students enrolled in the fifth year, the Scholarship based on the results of the summer exam session is awarded for the period from September 1 to December 31 of the current year.

To apply for the Scholarship, each candidate must submit the following set of documents:

• a motivated submission highlighting the candidate's successful completion of the educational program, their scientific work, and involvement in the community life of the educational institution;
• a certified copy of the candidate's transcript with the results of academic performance for the educational program over the last two semesters;
• a copy of the candidate's passport for the scholarship appointment;
• current details of the higher education institution for the receipt of funds intended for the payment of scholarships;
• a copy of the current tripartite agreement between the State Enterprise "NAEC "Energoatom", the higher education institution, and the student who is applying for the Scholarship.
