The department staff consists of urban planners, architects, engineers, technologists, and specialists in engineering and utility services. Over various periods since its inception, the department has employed: professors O.I. Kuzmych, S.S. Homon, P.A. Rychkov, A.P. Vlasyuk; associate professors V.M. Romashko, V.V. Bychkovskyi, V.P. Dmytruk, R.A. Kyzima, I.V. Starodub, V.P. Kosinov, V.A. Haidukevych, V.O. Sobutskiy, M.D. Kizyev, V.M. Sivak, M.I. Poladych, M.T. Sypko, T.I. Zyma, H.V. Domansky, O.S. Novytska; senior lecturers: V.P. Kadykalenko, L.S. Slysaruk, I.I. Honhalo, T.O. Milash, O.V. Kondratiuk, V.M. Viviansk; assistants L.P. Hvozdik, I.V. Nosar, O.A. Sokalska, V.L. Salchuk, R.S. Hoba, Y.V. Yaruta.

Currently, the number of full-time research and teaching staff is 6 units, and 2 auxiliary staff. The proportion of lecturers with academic degrees and titles is 83%. The average age of lecturers is 45 years.
