Services

The department operates a training and research geotechnical laboratory that provides services for conducting objective and reliable studies of the physical, physicomechanical, and classification indicators of soils.

The obtained experimental data allows for the execution of works:

- on the design of foundations and bases for road, industrial, public, and hydraulic structures;

- to determine the cause of excessive deformations of the earthworks, foundations, and bases of transport, industrial, and civil buildings and structures;

- technical solutions for soil stabilization and strengthening of foundations and bases of buildings and structures;

- to provide expert conclusions on the technical condition and load-bearing capacity of foundations and bases of road, industrial, public, and hydraulic buildings and structures.
