STEP 1 |
Registrationon the pagewww.kandydat.pollub.pl (electronic registration system) Fill out the registration form using the Latin alphabet, according to the data of the foreign passport. After completing the registrationwrite downyour identifier(NIU number) and password. The code and password will be required to access the recruitment system and virtual dean's office.
Recruitment systemwill generate a filewith all the applications. They should be printed and signed and sent to the addresslut.international@pollub.pl scanned copies of the following documents: 1. Personal questionnaire – appendix 1 2. Scanned originals with translation into Polish – Bachelor's degree diploma and its supplement – supplement 2 3. Certificate or other document confirming knowledge of Polish at levels B1, B2. 4. Receipt of registration fee – supplement 9 5. Scanned page of foreign passport with personal data and photo – supplement 11 6. List of subjects studied during the master’s year at NUVHP – academic certificate or current curriculum and schedule from NUVHP (master's program)

STEP 2 |
By June 21information about the possibility of admission to studyat Lublin University of Technology will be sent to the email address.After this, it is necessary to send the originals of the documents by mail, deliver them in person, or through an authorized personby July 31: 1. Personal questionnaire – appendix 1 2. A copy of the school certificate of complete general secondary education + its appendix. 3. Bachelor's diploma + diploma supplementcertified by Apostille(more details on the sitewww.apostille.in.ua) with a translation into Polish(by a Polish sworn translator or notarized in Ukraine)– supplement 2 4. Request to the Rector for admission to studies – supplement 3 5. Statement of Polish language proficiencytogether with a certificate or another document that confirms the level of Polish language proficiency– supplement 4 6. Request to the Rector for a reduction in tuition fees – supplement 5 (the request must be well motivated) 7. Application for a dormitory place – appendix 6 8. Application for enrollment in the mandatory intensive course of Polish language conducted at Lublin University of Technology – appendix 7 9. Authorization for the person who will manage the documents – appendix 8(in casethe documents are submitted not in person) 10. Receipt for the registration fee of 85 zlotys – appendix 9 11. 2 recent photographs sized 35´45 mm(as in Polish documents - 70-80% of the face, frontal view)– appendix 10 12. STEP 3 |
After receiving the documents from Step 2, Lublin University of Technology will send(to the address indicated in the application)or deliver it personallyor through a trusted person: 1. Decision on admission to studies (Decyzję o przyjęciu na studia) 2. Request to the appropriate Consulate for visa application (Podanie do odpowiedniego Konsulatu RP o udzielenie wizy do Polski) 3. Decision on reducing tuition fees |

STEP 4 |
After arriving for the Polish language course, the student must: 1. Undergo a medical examination, to confirm the absence of contraindications to studying in the chosen specialty – applies to those specialties listed on the pagehttps://pollub.pl(how and where to undergo a medical examination can be found athttps://pollub.plor at your Dean's Office). 2. Submit a copy of the Insurance policy, issued in Ukraine for at least 30,000 euros or insure with NFZ (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia) in Poland (costing up to 50 zlotys per month). 3. Number of people who can receive a scholarship |
Scholarships are only available for foreigners. The proposal justifies planning for 15 foreigners and 15 Poles to participate in the project. In case of involving a larger number of foreign citizens, the amount of the scholarship will be reduced and divided among the number of students. |

Term of financial support provision |
The scholarship will be paid throughout the entire study period, i.e., 3 semesters (with the exception of holidays). In total, the term covers 13 months (1 semester = 4 months, 2nd semester = 5 months, 3rd semester = 4 months). Financial support for foreigners participating in the project covers tuition and living expenses. |

Scholarships can only be provided to foreign students |

Regulation of financial matters |
All issues related to financial aid are regulated in the study agreement. If the student fulfills the study program and all subjects are credited within the established deadlines, the scholarship is paid in full. |

What happens in case of not completing the studies? |
All issues related to financial aid are regulated in the study agreement. The agreement includes a clause about the necessity to return funds in case of not being credited for the semester or refusing to study. |

Candidates must have: · Bachelor's degree in construction · International certificate confirming English language proficiency at B2 level Requirements for diplomas: Bachelor's diplomas issued in Poland or diplomas issued by NUVGP and legalized/apostilled by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, or nostrified (if required by a contract or legal norm) are recognized. All documents must be translated or filled out in English (application, forms, online registration of candidates)

Admission to the initial program |
A candidate for a master's degree must have: · Bachelor's degree in construction · International certificate confirming English language proficiency at B2 level, for example, Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) - at 700 points level There is also an opportunity to take an intensive English language course at the Lublin University of Technology and obtain an international certificate. |

Mandatory requirements: • Doctoral degree • Minimum of 5 years of work experience • Knowledge of the English language |

Number of professors (foreigners) |
1 person involved in teaching for the entire duration of the program (2 years). The workload of the invited professor is a minimum of 120 hours. As part of the project, the professor must conduct classes in English. The instructor may conduct original classes in the field of quality management issues in commercial and non-commercial organizations. There is an option to invite professors outside the project framework; in this case, teaching can be done in Polish. |

Accommodation, meals, travel expenses |
The project does not cover expenses for maintaining the invited professor. Hourly rate includes all expenses for accommodation, meals, and transportation. Lublin University of Technology offers places in university dormitories or guest rooms. |

Level of English proficiency at C1-C2 level Significant achievements in research (for example, at least 1 publication in a journal from the Philadelphia list, participation in international research grant programs, publication of monographs, etc.) will be an advantage in selecting the invited professor. |

The candidate must submit the discipline(s) they could teach from the list of subjects in the curriculum of the chosen program, as well as send their academic work (CV + list of the most important scientific works) Documents must be submitted before the start of the semester. The decision on the acceptance of the candidate is made by the Faculty Council. |

Overall, the term of the scholarship covers 18 months. |

According to the project conditions, after the admission of a student to the master's program, the international student signs a declaration or registration form. The faculty receives financial support for the accommodation of international students. |
