International mobility under the "Erasmus+ Staff Mobility For Teaching" program

From June 15 to 19, 2026, employees of NUVHP – Natalia Osipchuk, an associate professor at the Department of Foreign Languages at the Institute of International Education and Management, and Vita Chaban, the head of the Center for Innovative and Grant Activities, participated in the XX International Staff Week: AI & innovation based at Lublin University of Technology (Poland), which took place as part of the NUVHP international program 'Erasmus+ Staff Mobility For Training', coordinated by the Center for International Cooperation and Education at NUVHP.

The main events of the internship program included presentations of successful cases by professors of Lublin University of Technology, heads of innovation and technology transfer departments, and patent information, workshops in modern laboratories of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies, the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Energy, and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

The topics of the lectures covered a wide range of issues in the field of innovation, commercialization of scientific developments, automation and optimization of business processes using AI, robotics, biomedical engineering, the use of VR technologies, and the use of assessment tools based on artificial intelligence. 

Particularly interesting was the panel discussion 'International Networking of Innovation' within the international exhibition of inventions and innovative technologies InnoWings 2026, held at Motor Lublin Arena. The panel was organized as part of the project 'AIM – Attracting International Minds. Lublin EURAXESS Network', funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), which supports the internationalization of the scientific community in the Lublin region. Researchers from Turkey, Mexico, and India shared their experiences of academic mobility and international networking, who obtained a PhD degree in Polish universities through international mobility programs, where they continued their professional research and teaching career.   

Overall, more than 50 scientists, managers, heads of innovation offices, and business people from 20 countries of the world participated in the XX International Staff Week: AI & innovation. This contributed to networking in the areas of common professional research activities among participants, establishing contacts with the prospect of collaboration and cultural exchange.

For colleagues from NUVHP, participation in Staff Week became a valuable opportunity to gain advanced experience in the use of artificial intelligence in managing innovations and modern innovative educational technologies. 

The events were organized by the International Cooperation Department of Lublin University of Technology, which, at the end of the program, held educational cultural events for participants, specifically excursions to the village-museum in Lublin and  Motor Lublin Arena.

All participants received certificates of successful completion of the Erasmus+ internship and branded gifts from Lublin University of Technology.
