A competition has been announced for participation in the exchange program with Tor Vergata University of Rome (Italian Republic) under the EU ERASMUS+ KA 171 credit mobility program.

Preference is given to students of the educational and scientific mechanical institute studying in the specialties 'Automotive Transport', 'Transport Technologies (in automotive transport)', 'Agroengineering', 'Mechanical Engineering'. The training unit for such students -Department of Enterprise Engineering “Mario Lucertini”.

Students participating in the mobility program receive a scholarship that covers all expenses for tuition, accommodation, and meals. The participant selected by Tor Vergata University in Rome will receive an invitation letter. Students are responsible for organizing accommodation during their stay in Rome, specifically:

The document package in electronic form should be collected into one file (pdf format), the name of which should contain Erasmus+ and the applicant's surname (Erasmus_Kovalets_Rome), and sent to the email address of the Erasmus+ coordinator:h.m.vlasiuk@nuwm.edu.uaand the program coordinator:v.m.nykonchuk@nuwm.edu.ua. In the subject of the letter indicate: Erasmus_Kovalets_Rome.
Selection results
Based on the review of the submitted documents and information regarding the academic performance of candidates, the selection committee forms a ranking list of candidates.
The results of the competition selection will be published on the official information resources of the university and/or communicated to the participants through electronic means.
Based on the results of the competition selection, the selected candidates will receive a recommendation from the university to participate in the academic mobility program and will be offered to sign a Learning Agreement. The final decision regarding the acceptance of the participant is made by the Tor Vergata University of Rome in accordance with its internal procedures.
After the nomination of participants by the International Cooperation and Education Center of NUVHP, the selected candidate will receive instructions from the foreign higher education institution and access to the registration portal of the Tor Vergata University of Rome (Italian Republic).
