Competition within the Erasmus+ KA1 Individual Mobility Program

A competition has been announced for participation in the exchange program with Lublin University of Technology (Lublin, Republic of Poland) under the framework of credit mobility EU programs ERASMUS + KA 171/2025.

Study datesfor the mobility program for students:01.10.2026year –14.02.2027year (winter semester)

Important: the selected participant of the academic mobility program must arrive at the place of study 2 weeks before the start of classes and inform the international department of Lublin University of Technology about their arrival, as well as participate in the Welcome Meeting for Exchange Students.

Language of instruction: English.

Who can applystudents of 2nd-4th years, first-year master's students.

Number of scholarships: 1

Document submission deadline – 06.04.2026year.

Students within the mobility program receive a scholarship that covers all expenses for study, accommodation, meals, and travel. Candidates for participation in the mobility program must submit the following documents in English:

1. CV / resume in formatEUROPASS >;
2. Motivational letter in English (why you should be a participant in the program, what perspectives participation in the exchange program will provide you, your advantages, etc.;
3. Copy of the first page of the foreign passport;
4. Certificate or other document about the level of English proficiency (minimum level B2).The candidate can obtain a certificate of English proficiency by contacting the foreign languages department, indicating their full name, the full name of the English teacher, and the program you are applying for and the Erasmus+ program university;
5. A copy of the student ID;
6. An academic progress report for the last semester (translated into English), signed by the dean's office of the relevant institute.

 

After selection and nomination of participants by the International Cooperation and Education Center of NUVHP, the selected candidate submits:

1. Application form;
2. Training agreement.The list of disciplines is selected jointly with the curator/guarantor of the educational program/head of the department and is approved by the director of the institute. The minimum number of ECTS credits per semester is 22, the maximum number of ECTS credits is 30. 3. A copy of the insurance policy for the entire period of study (after the selection round).

Participants selected by Lublin University of Technology will receive an invitation letter. Students are responsible for organizing accommodation during their stay in Lublin, in particular:

§  Participants can apply for a place in the LUT dormitories, but this is not mandatory.

§  Participants can look for private accommodation, for example, by contacting real estate agencies in Lublin.

The package of documents in electronic format must be collected into one file (PDF format) in the specified order, and the file name must include Erasmus+ and the applicant's surname (Erasmus_Kovalets_).Lublin), and sent to the program coordinator's email address: h.m.vlasiuk@nuwm.edu.ua.
