The Economic Department is a structural subdivision of the administrative and economic unit that ensures the proper sanitary-hygienic, fire safety, and operational condition of the university's buildings, structures, and adjacent areas, creating safe and comfortable conditions for the educational process, work, and the stay of participants in the educational process.

Main tasks and functions of the department:

·         Organization and control over compliance with sanitary-hygienic standards, internal regulations, and fire safety requirements in the university's buildings and structures;

·         Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of internal premises of educational buildings, administrative buildings, and common areas in proper condition;

·         Organization of works for the maintenance, improvement, and cleaning of the university's adjacent areas;

·         Care for greenery, lawns, flowerbeds, and the completion of seasonal landscaping works;

·         Ensuring the proper functioning and operational state of engineering systems and equipment within the department's competence;

·         Control over the timely removal of household waste and garbage according to established schedules and contracts;

·         Formation of requests for procurement and provision of premises with consumables, detergents, and household inventory;

·         Participation in ensuring safe working conditions and stay in the buildings and on the territory of the university.

The Economic Department carries out cleaning and maintenance works for internal premises, servicing common areas, as well as systematic care for the university's territories and greenery. Seasonal landscaping works are aimed at maintaining the proper aesthetic appearance of the area and the compliance of the university's objects with established regulatory requirements.

The activities of the department are carried out in accordance with the internal regulatory documents of the university and approved provisions.
