Main areas of work of the planning and financial department:

Budget planning and analysis:We prepare and submit for approval to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine the estimates of income and expenditures, budget requests, calculations and justifications for them, as well as analyze the financial indicators of activities.

Staff discipline:The department prepares drafts of staffing tables and amendments to them, ensuring compliance with staff discipline. We are responsible for the accuracy of the establishment of salary rates in the staffing table.

Contractual work:We agree on memos for the purchase of goods, payment for services, and execution of works within the available budget appropriations. An important part is the verification and registration of contracts, their placement on ProZorro.

Organization of tender procurement:We prepare tender documentation based on the provided technical tasks and ensure the conduct of tender procedures, monitoring compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine 'On Public Procurement'.

Calculation of paid services:We calculate and prepare cost estimates for educational services, accommodation in dormitories, as well as other paid services provided by the university.

Consulting activities:The department specialists provide consultations on matters within their competence, including the preparation of budgets for grant projects, as well as issues related to staffing and document processing.

Thanks to professional and coordinated work, the planning and financial department contributes to the implementation of the university's strategic development directions, supporting its stable operation.
